The Tool Crib Assistant, Basic Edition
Tools Retired, listing any tools you've marked as retired.
Basic capabilities include the ability to add a new item starting from a copy of an
existing one, which reduces data entry when you have multiples of the same
kind of tool.  You may also link, or attach, documents or web site URL's to an
item, such as a record of purchase, operating manual, etc.

With the Basic Edition, you may issue a tool to a tool user, return a  previously
issued tool, transfer a tool currently in use to another tool user, remove a tool
from service or restore a tool previously removed from service.

You may also display and/or print the tools that are currently out of service or
all tools that have been out of service to get a quick look at an item's service
record.
Reports include...
A Tool Catalog, listing each tool's ID, description, manufacturer, supplier,
serial number, home location and current status.
Tools in use, listing each tool that is currently in use.
Transactions, listing the tools' transactions during a specified time period.
